Asticom Technology Inc. seeks a Multi-Skilled Field Technician to handle field maintenance across Manila, Parañaque, and Novaliches. The role covers genset, HVAC, and power systems with on-site, shifting, and emergency on-call work.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on genset/HVAC experience and TESDA NC II credentials, plus a valid MT/L300 driving license for site visits.

Qualifications

Technical/Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or related trades.
2–3 years of hands-on genset maintenance, aircon/HVAC servicing, electrical systems or site maintenance.
Valid Driver's License with ability to drive MT/L300.
TESDA NC II in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel genset, aircon units, ATS, rectifiers, and power systems.
Respond to telecom site outages, troubleshoot faults, and restore power/site operations.
Monitor fuel consumption and log diesel refueling and fuel logs.
Deploy, connect, test, and recover mobile generator units during outages.
Safely drive service vehicles between sites following safety protocols.
Prepare daily reports, upload site photos, and log ticket updates in real-time.

POSITION: Multi-Skilled Field Technician
DEPLOYMENT AREAS: Manila, Parañaque, Novaliches & Metro Manila 7 North luzon and South Luzon areas
WORK SETUP: Field-based / Shifting & Emergency On-Call

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel generator sets (Genset), aircon units (ACU), ATS, rectifiers, and AC/DC power systems
Respond to telecom site outages, troubleshoot electrical or cooling faults, and restore power/site operations
Monitor fuel consumption levels, execute diesel refueling runs for site gensets, and maintain accurate fuel logs
Deploy, connect, test, and recover mobile generator units during emergency power interruptions
Safely drive service vehicles (L300 / Utility Vehicles) between sites while observing safety protocols
Prepare daily accomplishment reports, upload site photos, and log ticketing updates in real-time

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Technical/Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related trade courses
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in genset maintenance, aircon/HVAC servicing, electrical systems, or site maintenance
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of diesel gensets, fuel monitoring, AC/DC power, basic aircon repair, and electrical safety
Driving: Must possess a valid Driver's License and proven ability to drive Manual Transmission (MT / L300)
Certifications: TESDA NC II in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC is a strong advantage
Work Setup: Willing to perform field work around Manila, Parañaque, or Novaliches, render overtime, and respond to emergency outages
