You will facilitate loan applications, verify documents, and manage loan processing to ensure timely disbursement. The role requires a 4-year degree, strong communication, and driving ability; resident within 30 minutes travel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field preferred.
• Background in loans and microfinance is an advantage.
• Resident of the area or within 30 minutes travel time to the store location.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Do site/area visits for field work within the area and nearby towns.
• Perform sales and marketing on bank products.
• Engage clients, conduct product orientation, and implement marketing strategies.
• Facilitate loan applications for clients and verify document attachments.
• Review loan application forms and conduct follow-ups as needed.
• Conduct Know Your Customer processes and loan underwriting.
• Perform credit background checks and ensure loan documentation is complete.
• Monitor loan application status and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist in loan collection and promotional activities.
