Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Liaison Officer to act as a Care Partner and Member Advocate, guiding members through their healthcare journey and coordinating with providers. This role focuses on delivering a seamless, affordable, and high-quality member experience across the healthcare ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a healthcare background, 2–3 years in HMO or managed care settings, and a track record in patient relations and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Allied Health Sciences, or other healthcare-related courses.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in HMO Operations, Hospital Operations, Utilization Management, Case Management, Patient Relations, or Healthcare Customer Service.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed healthcare professional (preferred).
• Experience within HMO or managed healthcare environment (preferred).
• Experience in member engagement and care coordination (preferred).
• Experience working with physicians and hospital administrators (preferred).
