Job summary

Aboex Travel And Tours is seeking a Liaison Officer / Messenger to support document delivery, office errands, and coordination with external offices, suppliers, and partners. You will manage time-sensitive tasks and ensure accurate handling of materials in Metro Manila.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while maintaining professional communication. Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel as required is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is a plus.
• Experience as Messenger, Liaison Officer, Office Staff, or similar role is preferred.
• Familiar with navigating Metro Manila and nearby areas.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Organized and able to manage multiple errands and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions properly.
• Professional and courteous when dealing with clients, offices, and business partners.
• Physically fit and willing to perform regular fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect documents, contracts, permits, and other company materials.
• Handle office errands and transactions with government offices, banks, suppliers, and other external establishments.
• Coordinate with external offices and business partners regarding document submissions, releases, and follow-ups.
• Ensure documents and items are delivered and received safely and on time.
• Assist different departments with administrative and field-related requests.
• Process and follow up on permits, applications, payments, and other company transactions when assigned.
• Maintain proper records and receipts for completed transactions.
• Coordinate with the office regarding task updates, schedules, and completed errands.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
