Job summary

McLane Global Phils Inc. is seeking a General Trade Specialist for our Brand Sandbox Division to drive sales growth and expand product distribution across sari-sari stores, wholesalers, wet markets, and small retailers in Metro Manila.

You will ensure product availability, strengthen brand presence at the grassroots level, and implement trade marketing programs while building strong relationships with distributors and retailers through daily field visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in FMCG sales, preferably in General Trade or food products.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly field-oriented and willing to do daily market visits.
• Good communications and reporting skills.
• Familiar with local market dynamics and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned territory and product categories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Ensure continuous product availability and proper stock levels in outlets.
• Execute trade marketing programs, promotions, and in-store activations.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor market conditions and competitor activities.
• Expand proper merchandising standards and brand visibility in GT channels.
• Submit accurate sales reports, market feedback, and territory updates.
