Job summary

eClerx LLC is seeking a detail-oriented analyst in the Philippines to organize borrower data and prepare databases for analysis. The role involves reconciliations, testing selections, and updating examination workpapers while collaborating with US teams.

You will develop analytical schedules, identify exceptions, and draft report portions. As you gain experience, you may own sections like accounts receivable/payable or inventory, with emphasis on accuracy and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Finance & Accounting, specifically working with large datasets, and understands financial statements and general ledger accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify unusual transactions and trends and clearly document analysis and conclusions.
• Strong written English communication skills and ability to communicate professionally on borrower management calls.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Willingness to ask questions and investigate differences rather than simply processing information.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members located in the United States and other jurisdictions.
• Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
• Must be able to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
