Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting System).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure that all mechanical works comply with design plans, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and field teams to resolve engineering challenges effectively.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as inspection and test plans and daily inspection reports.
• Maintain logs of quality inspections, testing, and progress billing.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work adheres to safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports documenting project progress, compliance status, and potential risks.
