Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, coordination, or a related position is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Confident in presenting and promoting company products/services.
• Must be organized, responsible, honest, self-motivated, takes initiative and able to meet sales targets.
• Willing to comply with company policies, procedures, and management directives.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales and marketing activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with clients, sales representatives, suppliers, and other departments.
• Monitor sales activities, targets, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Assist in organizing meetings, client visits, events, and marketing activities.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in developing and implementing promotional activities.
• Monitor and coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and other requirements for sales activities.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documents to Management on time.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns.
• Perform fieldwork and travel when required for company business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Management directives.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.
