Job summary
AVASO TECH PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring an IT Field Services & Depot Support Engineer to provide hands-on L1/L2 end-user computing support across the Philippines. You will travel between customer sites and support depot operations, balancing field work with depot tasks while following company policies and safety requirements.
The role reports to the Depot Lead/Depot Operations Manager. Strong documentation, asset control and customer communication are essential as you handle device imaging,
Qualifications
- Practical L1/L2 EUC support across devices and peripherals.
- Install, configure, test and replace end-user devices.
- Strong customer service, documentation and escalation skills.
- Work independently at customer locations following procedures.
- Good inventory discipline and asset‑handover accuracy.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Depot management: inbound, inspection, put-away, picking and dispatch.
- Asset management: maintain WMS; verify serials and asset tags.
- Technical services: diagnostics, basic repairs, imaging and testing.
- Logistics: coordinate shipments, tickets, and documentation.
- On-site field services: L1/L2 support, device deployment and refresh.
- Site coordination: visit planning, access, and customer communication.
