Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field-based collections associate to file and pursue Small Claims Court actions. You will visit courts, prepare data files, and serve demand letters personally while supporting court personnel in summons and decisions. A motorcycle is required for this role.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has 1-2 years of experience, with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing tasks independently.

Qualifications

• MUST have a motorcycle (this role requires fieldwork).
• Open to fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Self-manage, efficient and effective; good communication.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professional work ethics.
• Computer literate and proficient with standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationship with courts and other government agencies.
• Prepare data files for courts.
• Sending demand letter via personal service.
• Assist court's personnel in the service of summons/decisions.
• Personal service of the alias summons.
• Gather evidence or attachments for filing collection cases.
• File for the company collection cases before the Small Claims Court.
• Participate in the trial (attend initial hearings and motions).
• Manage execution process.
