Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a field data collection specialist in the Davao City area. You will conduct in-store audits, recruit and manage panel stores, and support auditor hiring and training while maintaining high data quality.

The role requires travel, strong communication in English and Bahasa Melayu, and comfort with smartphones and collaboration tools. Flexibility and initiative are valued as you support ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data collection or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store data collection and retail audits.
• Recruit and maintain panel stores, distribute incentives, and build retailer relationships.
• Support auditor hiring, training, supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and administrative tasks.
• Ensure data quality by revisiting stores and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with MDQC, Data Ops, Data Sci, and CSM teams to uphold reporting integrity.
• Contribute to team learning and continuous improvement initiatives.
