Qualifications

• Senior high school graduate or college undergraduate in Accountancy/Business Management/Finance.
• Experience in credit verification or related finance roles is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and perform frequent field work.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and evaluates the credibility of loan applicants through credit investigation and evaluation.
• Validates the accuracy of loan documents submitted by applicants.
• Reports inaccuracies in submitted documents to supervisor.
• Completes the Credit Investigation and Evaluation Report and forwards applicants to head office.
• Prepares Daily Itinerary Report for field assignments.
• Drafts cash flow analysis for self-employed applicants.
• Monitors collection efficiency of verified accounts.
• Performs background investigation and evaluation of potential employees.
