Job summary

ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance Corporation seeks an Accounting professional to assist in recording business transactions and preparing financial statements for its Calamba-based operations. The role supports compliance with management, regulators, creditors and other stakeholders.

The candidate should have BS Accountancy, at least 2 years in accounting, and preferably a CPA with external audit exposure. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years related experience in Accounting.
• With general knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and practices.
• Preferably a CPA.
• Preferably with background/experience in external audit from Top Audit Firm.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research, analytical and problem solving ability.
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the accounting processes to record business transactions and to prepare various accounting documents and financial statements.
• Assists in ensuring all business transactions and various accounting documents comply with requirements of management, regulators and other stakeholders.
