Global Mobility Services, Inc. is hiring CREDIT AND COLLECTION FIELD STAFF in Metro Manila to support post-sale collections, locate debtors, negotiate payment plans and log transactions. The role requires fieldwork and a personal motorcycle.

Candidates should have at least two years of college or vocational studies, a valid motorcycle license, and willingness to work in all weather. Experience in microfinance or lending is an advantage; a driving background is essential.

Qualifikationen

• College or vocational studies for at least 2 years.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles.
• Experience in microfinancing or lending is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Provide after-sales support and respond to customer requests.
• Register, follow up, and log customer interactions per policy.
• Communicate with customers to access products or services.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect receivables and log all cash transactions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
• Locate debtors and negotiate payment plans.
• Perform vehicle repossession coordination as needed.
