Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is hiring for a field-based Collections role in the Philippines. The position requires driving a motorcycle with a valid license and willingness to perform field outreach, including locating delinquent clients and following up on payment commitments.

No strict experience is required, but 1+ year in lending/banking collections is a plus; a 7-day training will be provided to new hires. Compensation includes standard benefits and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• College graduate or high school graduate; undergrad is welcome depending on the experience.
• At least 1 yr experience as a collector in lending/banking, motorcycle loan; no experience is okay.
• Able to drive motorcycle and has a driver’s license and willing to do field work.
• Willing to be trained for 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in an organized and timely manner.
• Understand billing and collections related documents and program computations.
• Locate delinquent clients through skip tracing (contact relatives, neighbors, and/or employers).
• Follow through on client’s payment commitments and other concerns.
