Job summary

First Circle in the Philippines is seeking a Field Collector/Skip Tracer to strengthen our Field Operations and drive growth. You will engage overdue clients, deliver letters, and coordinate with sales and operations to secure repayments while upholding professional standards.

You will thrive in a dynamic, field-based role, with mobility across Metro Manila and beyond, leveraging your motorcycle to reach clients and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Field Collector or Skip Tracer.
• Willingness to do field work within and outside of Metro Manila.
• Must own and drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical demand letters to overdue customers daily.
• Collect post-dated cheques daily.
• Identify and engage potential clients with First Circle7s intent letters daily.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Accurately document meetings and correspondence while delivering timely reports.
• Address client concerns with effective solutions for a seamless experience.
