Job summary

First Circle in the Philippines seeks a Field Collector or Skip Tracer to join our Product Operations team. You will deliver demand letters, collect post-dated cheques, identify potential clients, and act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires 1–5 years of relevant field experience, a Bachelor's degree, and owning a motorcycle. Willingness to do field work in Metro Manila with a strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–5 years of relevant Field Collector/Skip Tracer experience.
• Must own and drive a motorcycle.
• Willingness to perform field work within and outside Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical demand letters to overdue customers daily.
• Collect post-dated cheques for sales/operations teams daily.
• Identify and engage potential clients via prospecting and intent letters daily.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Document meetings and provide timely reports.
• Address client concerns with effective solutions.
