Chailease Berjaya Finance Corporation is seeking a field collection officer to personally deliver letters, verify past-due accounts, and perform repossession tasks in Metro Manila. The role requires skip tracing, coaching clients on payment options, and coordinating with in-house collectors.

About the role

This role involves the personal delivery of collection and demand letters, conducting initial unit verification for past-due accounts, and performing skip tracing activities and in-unit repossession efforts. You will counsel past-due clients to discuss payment options and account resolution, coordinate with in-house collectors to address problematic accounts, and accurately record field activities and prepare required reports.
