Job summary

MoneyCat Financing Inc. is seeking a debt collection specialist to conduct field visits to clients with overdue accounts, issue demand letters, assess financial situations, and secure payment promises in Metro Manila and nearby areas.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, an independent work ethic, and willingness to perform fieldwork using a motorcycle.

You will maintain records of visits and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• At least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in collections or field collections is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle difficult customer interactions.
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to do fieldwork within Metro Manila, CAMANAVA and Rizal.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, or any field.
• Proven experience in collections, field collections, or a similar role is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license
• Amenable to fieldwork within Metro Manila, CAMANAVA and Rizal Area.
