Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a proactive Field Collections Agent based in Caloocan to manage delinquent accounts through field visits, negotiate payment arrangements, and maximize recoveries while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

You will conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts, monitor payment commitments, perform skip tracing when needed, educate customers on repayment options, and prepare detailed collection reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in field collections or a related role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel extensively for field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts and negotiate repayment arrangements.
• Manage delinquent accounts, monitor payment commitments, and maximize collection recoveries.
• Perform skip tracing and locate customers when necessary.
• Educate customers on repayment options and resolve collection-related concerns professionally.
• Prepare collection reports and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account resolution and portfolio management.
• Achieve assigned collection targets while adhering to company policies and ethical collection practices.
