Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Knowledgeable in payment and asset collection.
• Must have a motorcycle and driver's license restriction 1.

Responsibilities

• Collect payment and issue official receipts to customers.
• Win back customers and encourage them to pay their arrears.
• Assist in informing customers who are near ADS.
• Encourage PDS customers to re-apply.
• Pull out modem and router of disconnected lines.
• Ensure compliance with inventory and logistics activities.
• Support Sales and Marketing department.
• Assist Customer Service with customer-related concerns.
