Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is looking for field agents to conduct door-to-door visits for debt collection in Bacolod, Antique. You will plan recovery actions, negotiate payment deadlines, and address clients' questions while meeting recovery targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in field collections, field sales, TNVS, or delivery is a plus.
• Ability to handle questions or complaints regarding outstanding balance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field work, including door-to-door visits for debt collection.
• Plan actions to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate deadlines or payment plans.
• Meet company targets for recoveries.
