Job summary

The ideal candidate can perform skip tracing and manage client payment commitments. Requirements include driving a motorcycle with a valid license, willingness to work in the field, and a readiness to undergo a 7-day training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a collector preferred in lending/banking; undergrad welcome depending on experience.
• Must be able to drive motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to be trained for 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in a timely manner.
• Understand billing and collections documents and program computations.
• Locate delinquent clients via skip tracing (e.g., contacts with relatives, neighbors, or employers).
• Follow through on payment commitments and other concerns.
