Skyro is seeking a Field Collection Specialist in the Philippines to pursue pre-collection and resolve past-due accounts. You will conduct field visits, collect payments via POS or digital tools, and document transactions to maintain accurate records.

The role involves mystery shopping, fraud validation, route planning, and timely reporting of account status and observations. You will use a Field Visit app for documentation and may use your own cellphone for work.

Qualifications

• At least HS grad with own motorcycle and driver's license; familiar with the Santa Cruz, Nagcarlan, Pila, Alaminos, Pagsanjan, Siniloan, Victoria, Magdalena areas.
• Willing to be assigned to the areas listed above.
• Have powerbank and charging cables for cellphone.
• Target oriented person.
• Willing to use personal cellphone for work purposes.

Responsabilités

• Pre-collection and resolution of past-due accounts by engaging with customers.
• Carry out fieldwork and meet with delinquent accounts.
• Collect payments using POS or digital tools with proper documentation.
• Conduct mystery shopping and validation visits to merchants for compliance and customer experience.
• Validate suspected fraudulent or non-compliant activities identified through tasks.
• Plan routes to optimize efficiency and complete field visits timely.
• Print, distribute, and deliver demand letters and documents to clients.
• Prepare status reports on past-due accounts and mystery shopping observations.
• Document and initiate write-offs for processing as necessary.
• Accurately document interactions, POS transactions, field visits, and Anti-Fraud visits in the Field Visit app.
• Maintain complete records of negotiations, payment arrangements, and validations.
• Perform other roles to support changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Collection and Resolution

• Pursue pre-collection and resolution of past due customer accounts by engaging with customers directly.

• Make appropriate recommendations for corrective actions to resolve delinquency issues.

Field Work

• Carry out fieldwork and meet with customers who have delinquent accounts.

• Collect payments using authorized POS machines or approved digital payment tools, ensuring proper acknowledgment and documentation of transactions.

• Conduct mystery shopping and validation visits to merchants, sales agents, or retail locations to assess compliance, sales practices, and customer experience.

• Validate suspected fraudulent or non-compliant activities identified through mystery shopping tasks or field findings.

• Plan routes to optimize efficiency and ensure all field visits and appointments are completed in a timely manner.

• Printing, distribution, and verified delivery to clients of Demand letters and other needed documentation.

Reporting

• Prepare status reports of customer accounts with past due balances, including actions taken and current account status.

• Prepare reports on mystery shopping activities, fraud validation findings, and quality observations.

• Document and initiate write-offs for processing as necessary.

Documentation

• Accurately document customer interactions, POS transactions, field visits, and mystery shopping results and Anti-Fraud visits in the Field Visit mobile application.

• Maintain complete and organized records of negotiations, payment arrangements, and validation activities.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned to support changing business needs and priorities.
