Job summary

Skyro, a fintech company in the Philippines, seeks a Field Collection professional to engage customers with past due accounts and recover delinquent balances. You will conduct field visits, collect payments, and document activities using our Field Visit app.

This role requires mobility, responsibility, and adherence to compliance standards. Ideal candidates are HS graduates with a motorcycle and driver's license, familiar with the Laguna area including Santa Cruz, Pila and nearby towns.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate.
• Must have own motorcycle and a valid driver's license.
• Familiar with Santa Cruz, Nagcarlan, Pila, Alaminos, Pagsanjan, Siniloan, Victoria and Magdalena.

Responsibilities

• Pre-collection and resolution of past due accounts by contacting customers directly.
• Carry out fieldwork and meet with customers with delinquent accounts.
• Collect payments using POS or digital tools with proper documentation.
• Perform mystery shopping and validate merchant compliance and customer experience.
• Plan routes to complete field visits on time.
• Prepare status reports on accounts and write-offs when needed.
• Document interactions, transactions, field visits, and validation results in the Field Visit app.
• Support other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Collection and Resolution

• Pursue pre-collection and resolution of past due customer accounts by engaging with customers directly.

• Make appropriate recommendations for corrective actions to resolve delinquency issues.

Field Work

• Carry out fieldwork and meet with customers who have delinquent accounts.

• Collect payments using authorized POS machines or approved digital payment tools, ensuring proper acknowledgment and documentation of transactions.

• Conduct mystery shopping and validation visits to merchants, sales agents, or retail locations to assess compliance, sales practices, and customer experience.

• Validate suspected fraudulent or non-compliant activities identified through mystery shopping tasks or field findings.

• Plan routes to optimize efficiency and ensure all field visits and appointments are completed in a timely manner.

• Printing, distribution, and verified delivery to clients of Demand letters and other needed documentation.

Reporting

• Prepare status reports of customer accounts with past due balances, including actions taken and current account status.

• Prepare reports on mystery shopping activities, fraud validation findings, and quality observations.

• Document and initiate write-offs for processing as necessary.

Documentation

• Accurately document customer interactions, POS transactions, field visits, and mystery shopping results and Anti-Fraud visits in the Field Visit mobile application.

• Maintain complete and organized records of negotiations, payment arrangements, and validation activities.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned to support changing business needs and priorities.

• At Least HS Grad, with own motorcycle, with driver's license; familiar with places within Santa Cruz, Nagcarlan, Pila, Alaminos, Pagsanjan, Siniloan, Victoria, Magdalena

• Willing to be assigned to the particular areas above
