Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience; technical or engineering industry experience is a plus.
• Willing and comfortable to conduct regular fieldwork and project/site visits.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales activities, including client visits, project/site visits, product presentations, and face-to-face meetings.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through active fieldwork and client engagement.
• Deliver sales presentations and discuss suitable industrial solutions with clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business reports.
• Manage and grow client accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to address client and project requirements.
