A leading real estate brokerage in Metro Manila is seeking a Commercial Leasing Executive to manage property listings and client relations. The ideal candidate should have over 12 years of experience in leasing, excellent communication skills, and be willing to conduct property fieldwork. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 18,000-22,000/month, incentives, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in leasing, sales, or client coordination (real estate preferred).
• Must be willing to do fieldwork (property visits and inspections).
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Source, inspect, and manage commercial property listings (office, retail, and business spaces).
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and brokers for viewings and lease documentation.
• Assist clients during property viewings, move-in, and move-out transactions.
• Handle market research and competitor analysis to identify new leasing opportunities.
• Maintain updated property database, listings, and weekly activity reports.
• Promote available listings on social media and online property platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for visibility and branding of commercial spaces.

Skills
