Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in team meetings, providing guidance to bases as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local taxation and government documentation in collaboration with the Line Manager.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure secure handling of all financial and administrative records.
• Support accounting and financial activities using AGRESSO, including cash handling and monthly closings.
• Coordinate HR administration, payroll processing, and statutory contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR).
• Prepare timely financial and donor reports, and support internal and external audits.
• Assist in visa processing, payroll cycles, and staff payslips while ensuring regulatory compliance.
