Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Field Auditor to plan and execute operational, cash management, inventory, customer service, and compliance audits across assigned stations in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent
• At least 1 year in internal/operations/inventory field audit or related function
• Knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, inventory management, cash handling and compliance

Responsibilities

• Execute the assigned monthly audit schedule and ensure completion within timelines
• Conduct regular station visits and audits as per frequency standards
• Provide accurate real-time updates on audit activities and findings
• Perform Cash Management Audits during each station visit
• Conduct Petroleum Inventory Audits within six working days after previous audit
• Perform monthly Customer Service Audits to evaluate compliance with standards
• Conduct monthly Compliance Audits to assess adherence to policies and procedures
• Document fraud, irregularities, errors, and control weaknesses with corrective actions
• Prepare and submit audit reports within two working days after each audit
• Ensure findings are supported by verifiable evidence
• Coordinate with station personnel and management on observations and corrective actions
