Job summary

Cleanfuel is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple gasoline stations in Pangasinan, San Juan, Tarlac, and nearby areas. This field-based role requires regular visits, strong leadership, and high mobility to ensure operational excellence across all sites.

You will conduct field visits, drive 100% compliance in manpower, equipment, service, safety, and cleanliness, and train Station Supervisors and staff while traveling extensively to provide hands-on support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of solid experience as an Area Manager or in a similar multi-site operations role.
• Experience in the fuel, retail, FMCG, or sales industry is highly preferred.
• Must be highly willing and open to extensive travel and regular field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to all assigned stations to monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance in manpower deployment, equipment functionality, customer service, safety, and station cleanliness.
• Lead the implementation of company policies and operational procedures across all assigned stations.
• Monitor and evaluate station performance and recommend improvements.
• Oversee compliance with internal and operational audits.
• Train, coach, and develop Station Supervisors, Cashiers, and Pump Attendants.
• Resolve operational concerns and provide immediate support to assigned stations.
• Maintain high operational standards across all assigned locations.
• Travel extensively between assigned stations and provide hands-on operational support as needed.
