Job summary

ASEC Development and Construction Corporation in Manila invites an Architect with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on experience in high-rise projects and can interpret and execute plans and specifications, coordinate structural interfaces, and ensure EHS compliance.

Strong communication, project management, and proficiency in MS Office and CADD are required; licensure as an Architect is preferred.

• Graduate with a B.S. in Architecture.
• 1–2 years of technical work experience in high-rise construction.
