Job summary

Children International, Inc. (CII) is expanding the Path of Opportunity project in Negros, recruiting an organized Support Services Assistant to keep operations running smoothly.

You will support purchasing, facilities, logistics, and records management, coordinate with field staff and suppliers, and help ensure compliance with safeguarding and internal policies while traveling locally as needed. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ procurement, logistics or admin support experience.
• Experience in records management, filing systems and transaction tracking.
• Experience coordinating site visits and field activities with dispersed teams.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Filipino; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Process routine administrative requests; coordinate schedules and meetings.
• Receive payment documents, log, scan, and route for review.
• Maintain records, logs, databases with confidentiality and retention rules.
• Coordinate routine facilities, fleet, logistics, and travel arrangements.
• Provide basic IT support for field technology needs and escalate issues.
