Job summary

Jevant Technologies in Quezon City is seeking an FFTH Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of fiber-to-the-home infrastructure projects alongside seasoned project managers.

You will help plan, track timelines and budgets, coordinate with contractors, and maintain project documentation, ensuring safety and quality.

A Civil or Telecommunications Engineering degree with 1–3 years in project management is preferred; local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of construction project management or infra development experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Understanding of Philippines construction principles and safety/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating FFTH infrastructure projects from conception through to completion.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress, timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to project plans.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reports, including progress updates and compliance documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with field teams to ensure work quality and safety standards are met.
• Assist in procurement activities, including vendor selection, quotation comparison and purchase order management.
• Support the preparation of project proposals, tender documents and technical specifications.
• Track project expenditures and assist in budget management and cost control measures.
• Identify project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

About the role

Jevant Technologies is seeking a talented FFTH Assistant Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team. This is a full-time position based in South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will support the delivery of Fiber-to-the-Home (FFTH) infrastructure projects, working alongside experienced project managers to ensure successful execution, timely completion, and adherence to quality standards. This position is instrumental in supporting our telecommunications infrastructure expansion initiatives and plays a key role in bringing high-speed connectivity to communities across the region.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or infrastructure development, ideally with FFTH or telecommunications projects
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar applications
• Solid understanding of construction principles, safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the Philippines
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in project execution and documentation
• Willingness to visit project sites regularly and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s licence is advantageous
• Knowledge of FFTH technology and telecommunications infrastructure is a preferred advantage
