Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks an FF&E Manager to lead strategic and operational management of the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment portfolio. You will oversee inventory control, lifecycle planning, audits, and documentation to maximize asset value and ensure compliance.

The role reports to the Asset General Manager and requires coordination with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and vendors. Makati City assignment with focus on cost optimization and asset stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Facilities Management, Asset Management, Procurement, or Project Management is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Asset Management, Property Management, Workplace Services, or a related function.
• Experience in FF&E inventory management, asset lifecycle planning, asset audits, and compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, OPEX management, procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of asset management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FF&E inventories, asset tagging, and asset registers.
• Conduct regular asset audits, condition assessments, and inventory reconciliations.
• Prepare FF&E catalogs, schedules, and lifecycle plans to support replacement and capital planning.
• Prepare and manage annual OPEX budgets, monitor expenditures, and report budget variances.
• Review financial data and provide recommendations to support planning and cost optimization.
• Manage procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and asset management standards.
• Support internal and external audits through accurate records and documentation.
• Liaise with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
