Job summary

Pilmico Foods Corporation is seeking a Production Associate for the Flour Mill to ensure additive requirements are met and procedures are followed. The role involves dosing additives, monitoring chlorine usage, and coordinating with the production supervisor to maintain product quality and process safety.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (licensed preferred), strong numerical and analytical skills, and a commitment to food safety and GMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related fields.
• Preferably a Licensed Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Flour additive dosing and control per SOP.
• Coordinate flour and additive quantities with the production supervisor.
• Monitor feed rate per additive feeder and ensure correct dosages.
• Operate chlorine addition facility and ensure safe shutdowns.
• Maintain inventory of flour additives and chlorine tanks.
• Ensure area cleanliness and compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO.
