Job summary

Rizal Poultry and Livestock Association Inc. seeks an experienced Feed Operations Manager to lead end-to-end performance of company-owned and tolling feed plants. You will drive safety, quality, service, and cost competitiveness while ensuring reliable supply and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate planning, QA, logistics, and commercial teams, establish standards, and manage governance, reporting, and capital investments. Willingness to travel among plants is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Agriculture, Food Science, Animal Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Extensive progressive experience in feed milling, manufacturing, plant operations, supply chain, or related agribusiness operations, including leadership of multiple functions or sites.
• Strong knowledge of feed production, formulation controls, quality systems, maintenance and reliability, warehousing, inventory, logistics, utilities, cost management, and business continuity.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP or applicable feed-safety systems, OSH, environmental, regulatory, audit, and internal-control requirements.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, conversion-cost analysis, contract and service-level management, variance analysis, and capital justification.
• Strong analytical, communication, governance, reporting, coaching, and change-management capabilities.
• Willing and able to travel regularly among feed plants and tolling sites and to provide leadership during urgent or extended-hour operations.

• Establish common operating standards, performance measures, reporting routines, escalation protocols, and internal controls across all feed manufacturing locations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP or applicable feed-safety programs, OSH, environmental, biosecurity, quality, regulatory, contractual, and company-control requirements.

About the role

The Feed Operations Manager leads the end-to-end performance of company-owned feed plants and accredited tolling plants, ensuring safe, reliable, cost-effective, and quality-compliant feed production and supply. The role is accountable for governance of tolling agreements and operating standards, plant performance management, business continuity, risk control, capability development, and timely escalation and resolution of issues affecting feed availability, quality, cost, safety, or customer service.
