Job summary

Aboitiz Foods invites an experienced Feed Mill Engineer 2 to oversee the end-to-end operation of the feed mill plant. You will ensure safe, efficient production from raw material elevation through pelleting and bagging while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating production plans, supervising batching and pelleting, and performing SAP postings and data logging. A licensed engineer with 2–4 years in related plants is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, or Agricultural) or related technical field.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in feed mill operations, automated manufacturing, or heavy industrial processing plants.
• Licensed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Raw Material Elevation processes and silos allocations.
• Coordinate with Feed Mill Supervisor and Material Planner to confirm production schedules.
• Oversee Batching operations, adjust formulations and monitor batching sequences.
• Supervise Pelleting operations and ensure quality attributes (durability, color, size, nutrition).
• Manage Bagging coordination and inventory reporting.
• Complete shift SAP postings and log resource consumption against process orders.
