Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking an innovative, hands-on Sr Program Manager to lead the FBA processes, products, and operations in Mexico, guiding cross-functional teams across the marketplace and fulfillment network.

You will define strategic initiatives, use data to drive improvements, and collaborate with internal and external partners to accelerate growth while maintaining a bias for action and a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and execute on new opportunities to further accelerate growth of FBA as well as drive process improvements.
• Develop in-depth understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in FBA process (domestically and internationally). Identify gaps (or overlaps) and opportunities, and initiate high-impact projects based on analyses.
• Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential Sellers with interest to pilot initiatives.
• Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review ops / business metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
• Operate autonomously; handle escalations.
