Qualifications

• Finished highschool or vocational graduate required.
• At least two years of work experience in the same role considered a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Helps maintain the good image of the store by assisting customers in a hospitable way.
• Ensures daily sales quota is met and reports are updated for tracking.
• Reports daily sales to AOs and follows daily deposits.
• Maintains store cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and floors.
• Sets up food, frying tools, equipment, and ovens before opening.
• Checks stock validity and serves fresh foods.
• Prevents spoilage and contamination.
• Reports any concerns during food prep promptly.
• Maintains fast and efficient service for all orders.
• Adheres to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assists on branch training as requested.
• Forecasts stock orders and submits to commissary.
• Manages online food aggregator accounts and reports as needed.
• Analyzes customer complaints for improvements.
• Handles cashiering and secures daily sales deposits.
