Principalia Management & Personnel Consultants Inc. invites a Fashion Designer to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on researching fashion trends, developing new product ideas, and translating concepts into detailed tech packs with fabrics, trims, and construction details.

You will create CAD sketches and technical drawings for presentations and production, collaborating with marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure market alignment and brand coherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile/Fashion Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in fashion design/production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design tools like CLO 3D.
• Strong sketching and CAD rendering abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct continuous research on current and upcoming fashion trends, fabrics, color palettes, and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with design team to brainstorm and develop new product ideas based on research insights and market analysis.
• Translate design ideas into detailed tech packs specifying fabrics, trims, garment construction, and finishing details.
• Develop CAD sketches and technical drawings for design presentation and production purposes.
• Partner with internal teams including marketing, merchandising, and retail operations to ensure product-market alignment.
• Actively participate in design meetings, fittings, prototype reviews, and cross-functional workshops.
• Ensure all designs reflect brand identity, aesthetic standards, and commercial strategy.
• Propose creative innovations in fabric usage, garment detailing, and silhouette evolution while maintaining brand coherence.
• Incorporate quality control measures throughout design and product development stages.

Job Description

Qualification

• A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Textile/Fashion Design & Production or similar fields.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD), 3D design tools (CLO 3D or equivalent), and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
• Excellent sketching and CAD rendering abilities.
