Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Farm Supervisor in the Western Visayas region to oversee daily farm operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure high-quality vegetable production.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (horticulture preferred), have 2+ years of vegetable farming experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel and occasional social media content creation are welcome.

Qualifications

• 2+ years vegetable farming experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to work with a diverse team.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative, independent and proactive in project management.
• Driver's license preferred; willing to travel occasionally.
• Passion for social media content creation is a plus.

• o Aged 26-30, with more than 2 years of vegetable farming experience, is preferred


• o Has effective leadership and a passion for working with diverse team members


• o Has good communication skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office

• o Having a Driver;s license is preferred; willing to travel occasionally


• o Having a passion for social media content creation is a plus
