Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in building and FAO (Facilities and Operations) Administration.

Responsibilities

• Plans resources to implement the section's objectives and initiatives and monitors output.
• Manages the work of subordinates to ensure quality delivery of the section's outputs.
• Recommends training programs and coaches staff to meet developmental needs.
• Conducts one-on-one feedback sessions to evaluate performance and takes appropriate actions.
• Presides over daily huddles and conducts office visits to address issues and improve performance.
• Coordinates with stakeholders on processes and systems and suggests improvement plans.
• Ensures a clean and safe environment for administrative offices.
• Prepares purchase requisitions for parts, furniture, and supplies for a good working environment.
• Schedules company vehicles and monitors maintenance.
• Facilitates contractor pre-bidding and creates contracts for service providers.
• Implements energy conservation initiatives in company premises.
• Assists with standard company procedures like payments, purchase orders, and liquidations.
• Ensures compliance with ISO IMS, AMS, and other management systems.
