BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) seeks a skilled professional to oversee Personal Management Trusts, Administrative Agency Accounts, and Family Office accounts, ensuring compliance and proper execution of client instructions.

You will collaborate with Wealth Planning Counsels to convert referrals, prepare and review account documentation, and manage key stakeholder relationships for timely, accurate delivery across the account lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge in Trust Business and Family Office handling Trust Accounts and fieldwork with local government agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in reviewing proposed dispositive provisions, structures, products, administrative agency services, and related arrangements.
  • Prepares, completes, maintains, and tracks trust agreements, administrative agency agreements, onboarding documents, and other wealth planning documentation.
  • Monitors and implements client services, instructions, dispositive provisions, and account-related transactions for Family Office Accounts.
  • Coordinates administrative, documentary, and operational requirements for Family Office engagements.
  • Identifies service delivery gaps, resolves account-related issues, conducts necessary research, and supports special projects.

Job description

Oversee and administer Personal Management Trusts ("PMTs"),Administrative Agency Accounts ("AAAs") , and other family office accounts("FamilyOffice Accounts"), ensuring compliance with applicable provisions and the proper executionof client instructions and trust dispositive provisions, as well as partneringwith Wealth Planning Counsels in efficiently facilitating the conversion ofreferrals into successfully onboarding of PMTs and AAAs through the preparationand review of account and transaction documentation, coordination of complexclient requirements, and management of key stakeholder relationships to ensuretimely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of services across the accountlifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assists inreviewing proposed dispositive provisions, structures, products, administrativeagency services, and related arrangements to help ensure that proposed servicesare operationally sound, implementable, and aligned with approved documentationand internal procedures.
  • Prepares,completes, maintains, and tracks trust agreements, administrative agencyagreements, onboarding documents, and other wealth planning documentation tosupport timely execution, release, onboarding, and proper recordkeeping ofFamily Office Accounts.
  • Monitorsand implements client services, instructions, dispositive provisions, andaccount-related transactions for Family Office Accounts to ensure timely,accurate, and efficient service delivery in accordance with applicable agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinatesadministrative, documentary, and operational requirements for Family Officeengagements in a responsive and well-organized manner.
  • Identifiesservice delivery gaps, resolves account-related issues, conducts necessaryresearch, and supports special projects or administrative requirements tostrengthen execution, improve responsiveness, and support the businessobjectives of Wealth Planning and Family Office.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
