Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid professional driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Experience driving hybrid and high-end vehicles.
• Experience serving families or private clients is preferred.

The Family Driver provides safe, reliable, discreet, and courteous private transportation for the Employer, Family Members, household members, and authorized Family Guests. Family transportation is the driver's primary responsibility. The role also includes vehicle readiness, proactive communication, security awareness, and reasonable authorized family errands during available duty time. The Family Driver is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, punctuality, and safety while providing dependable transportation and supporting the family's day-to-day mobility needs.

Responsibilities

Family Transportation & Support

• Provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for the Employer, Family Members, household members, and authorized guests.

• Handle daily transportation needs such as school runs, appointments, activities, events, airport trips, shopping, and other authorized destinations.

• Assist with reasonable family errands and transportation-related needs when available and when they do not interfere with scheduled family transportation. Provide a professional and comfortable experience for family members, children, VIPs, and guests.

Navigation & Route Planning

• Use Waze and Google Maps to plan and monitor routes.

• Stay familiar with Metro Manila roads, traffic patterns, major routes, and alternative routes.

• Adjust routes as needed based on traffic, road conditions, schedule, and safety.

Vehicle Operation & Readiness

• Operate hybrid and high-end vehicles smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

• Keep assigned vehicles clean, fueled, stocked, secure, and ready for use.

• Perform basic daily vehicle checks and identify concerns that require attention.

Communication & Coordination

• Follow instructions from the Employer or designated Family Executive Assistant – Logistics Lead.

• Use the appropriate designated GC for each type of communication, update, or report.

• Follow the established format, timing, and guidelines for each GC.

• Communicate important updates, changes, delays, or concerns promptly.

Professionalism, Security & Confidentiality

• Maintain a professional, respectful, discreet, and service-oriented manner at all times.

• Protect the family's privacy and maintain strict confidentiality.

• Remain alert to safety and security concerns while transporting family members and guests.

• Perform other reasonable transportation, vehicle, and authorized logistics duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

The following are required qualifications for the position:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid professional driver's license.

• Clean driving record.

• At least 2 years of professional driving experience.

• Proven experience driving hybrid vehicles.

• Proven experience driving and handling high-end, luxury, premium, and/or executive vehicles.

• Previous professional experience as a Family Driver, Executive Driver, VIP Driver, Private Driver, or similar high-service chauffeur is required.

• Experience providing transportation services to families, executives, VIPs, high-profile individuals, or private clients.

• Strong knowledge of Metro Manila roads, traffic patterns, Waze, Google Maps, and practical route planning.

• Ability to operate vehicles smoothly, safely, and professionally.

• Reliable, punctual, discreet, safety-conscious, and able to communicate clearly.

• Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries, confidentiality, passenger safety, and proper conduct when working in a private family or executive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly for a private family or high-profile household. Experience supporting families with children.

• Experience driving luxury hybrid vehicles, premium SUVs, luxury sedans, or similar high-end vehicles.

• Basic vehicle troubleshooting and preventive-maintenance knowledge.

• Training or certification in defensive driving.

• First-aid, emergency-response, or security-awareness training.

• Experience following household, family-security, or executive transportation protocols.

• Strong references from previous family, VIP, executive, or private-driver employers.
