Private Advertiser seeks a reliable family driver in Manila to safely transport family members to school, work, and appointments, and to handle errands around Metro Manila.

Both stay-in and stay-out arrangements are welcome, with preference for those in Manila, Caloocan, or Quezon City. Must hold a valid driver’s license and have 2–3 years of driving experience, with a commitment to confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and (preferably) professional driver’s license.
• 2–3 years of experience as a family driver, with long-term employment desirable.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila roads, routes, and navigation apps.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive family members to and from school, work, appointments, activities, and other destinations.
• Pick up and drop off family members as scheduled and ensure timely arrivals.
• Run family errands including shopping, groceries, and package deliveries.
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and driving-related tasks.
• Occasional provincial trips and flexible hours as needed.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Family Driver is to safely and reliably drive family members to and from school, work, appointments, activities, and other destinations. The role will also involve running various family and household errands, including picking up and delivering items or packages, grocery runs, and other tasks as needed.

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced family driver who is familiar with Metro Manila and values long-term employment. Both stay-in and stay-out arrangements are welcome, with preference given to candidates residing in or near Manila, Caloocan, or Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive family members to and from school, work, appointments, activities, and other destinations around Metro Manila.

• Pick up and drop off family members as scheduled and ensure they arrive safely and on time.

• Run family and household errands, including picking up and delivering packages, documents, groceries, and other items.

• Purchase and pick up groceries or other household necessities as needed.

• Assist with loading and unloading groceries, packages, and other items.

• Drive for occasional provincial trips when required.

• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, well-maintained, and ready for use.

• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, and servicing as needed.

• Use navigation apps and stay familiar with Metro Manila routes and traffic conditions.

• Follow all traffic laws and road safety regulations at all times.

• Maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and respect for the family’s privacy.

• Perform other reasonable driving, delivery, pick-up, and household-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License, preferably with a Professional Driver’s License.

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a family driver, preferably with long-term employment with previous families.

• Proven experience driving safely and confidently around Metro Manila.

• Familiarity with Metro Manila roads, routes, traffic conditions, and navigation apps.

• Experience driving electric and/or hybrid vehicles is preferred but not required.

• Reliable, punctual, patient, responsible, and trustworthy.

• Respectful of the family’s privacy and household.

• Physically fit and willing to assist with errands, including occasional lifting and carrying of items.

• No history of reckless driving or major traffic violations.

• Must be able to provide references from previous employers.

• Willing to work Sundays and follow the family’s scheduled days off.

• Willing to work approximately 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on usual working days, with flexibility when family activities, appointments, or travel require adjustments.

• Two (2) days off per month, scheduled according to the family’s needs.

• Willing to take occasional provincial trips and adjust working hours when necessary.

• Stay-in and stay-out applicants are welcome.

• Preferably residing in or near Manila, Caloocan, or Quezon City.
