Job Qualifications

• College Graduate with one year experience in electronics manufacturing as FAE
• Must be knowledgeable in cable assembly processes and circuit analysis.
• Capable of designing mechanical equipment, fixture and tooling.
• Facilitate and lead failure analysis activities as part of the reliability engineering team for incidents originating from reliability testing for new product development and from fielded systems.
• Lead the creation of failure analysis reports with exceptional visualization and direct the communication and presentation of findings to project teams.
• Collaborate with reliability engineering and testing to recreate failure modes that are intermittent or hard to replicate.
• Lead executive reviews related to failure analysis results. Able to interpret different technical specifications.
