Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI Global) is seeking a Failure Analysis professional in Laguna to support EMS/electronics/semiconductor FA requests.

The role involves independent daily lab management, safe operation of FA equipment, and delivering precise technical findings and recommendations. The candidate will prepare FA reports, participate in short-term projects, and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring ISO 17025 compliance and ongoing process

Formación

• At least two (2) years of work experience in EMS, electronics, and/or semiconductor industry.
• Experience operating Failure Analysis equipment and performing laboratory investigations.
• Familiar with Failure Analysis methodologies, laboratory operations, and technical report writing.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards and laboratory quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Failure Analysis (FA) activities to support business and customer requirements.
• Independently manage daily laboratory activities, ensuring timely processing of FA requests.
• Operate and handle Failure Analysis equipment and laboratory instruments safely and effectively.
• Conduct in-depth failure analysis investigations and provide accurate technical findings and recommendations.
• Prepare, analyze, and document FA reports accurately within committed timelines.
• Execute assigned short-term projects and specialized failure analysis investigations.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and external customers regarding FA-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate and real-time documentation of laboratory activities, reports, and records.
• Support preventive maintenance activities for laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, laboratory procedures, and ISO 17025 requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and required trainings.
