Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the Philippines is seeking an experienced engineer to manage EFI activities on product FA, covering both operational and engineering tasks to keep development moving smoothly.

You will lead gap analyses, evaluate new machines, and develop new methods while coordinating with product divisions to manage transfer plans. A strong electronics background and collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Background in electronics, electrical, or microelectronics.
• At least 5 years experience in schematic design, electrical analysis, electrical simulation, or analog systems.
• Advanced knowledge of electronics theory and practice.
• Familiarity with analysis instruments such as auto curve tracer, thermal analysis, EMMI/OBIRCH, wave generator, and others.
• Ability to analyze electronic schematic documents.
• Cross-functional collaboration with global teams (R&D, divisions, labs, etc.).
• Good command of English.
