Job summary

Sansyu Precision Lipa, Inc. in Batangas invites applications for a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production machines and facility equipment, ensuring reliable operation to meet customer demand and targets.

You will conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, analyze issues to root cause, implement countermeasures, and uphold 5S and Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. Ongoing training and risk assessments are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs production machines, and facility equipment.
• Assists in running an efficient maintenance operation which is able to fulfill operational and customer demand and meet set targets
• Ensures safety of the team and that those impacted by any maintenance activity
• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance of production machines and facility equipment’s to minimize unplanned downtime
• Analyzes issues to root cause and develops countermeasures, improvement actions and/or suggestions to improve machine efficiency
• Understands and maintains high standards of tidiness and organization in line with good 5S practice
• Understands and works in accordance with the mandatory requirements of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
• Undertakes continuous training and development
• Conducts risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
• Understands and applies the principle of Quality Policy and Environmental Policy of SPL in the performance of tasks
• Performs other specific verbal and/or written instructions given by superiors.
