Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking an Industrial Relations and Employee Relations HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations across the Philippines from Cavite's Gateway Business Park. The role requires deep expertise in ER/IR, union relations, and CBA negotiations to foster a compliant and constructive workplace.

The successful candidate will drive national employee engagement initiatives, policy modernization, and organizational design, balancing business needs with workforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in HR with ER/IR focus.
• Proven track record in negotiating CBAs.
• Experience in labor law compliance and government agencies.
• Background in factory/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to design employee engagement and HR policy modernization.
• Strong stakeholder and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance on labor and employee relations strategies.
• Lead union and CBA negotiations and manage labor disputes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Address grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolutions.
• Engage with factory leadership, legal teams, and external regulators.
• Design nationwide employee engagement initiatives across sites.
• Revamp HR policies to align with business needs and evolving law.
• Support organization design, restructuring, and workforce planning.
• Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and develop learning programs.
• Align performance and rewards with business goals; drive HR projects.
• Provide training to managers on labor laws and dispute resolution.
